Notably, Canada's Startup Visa Program is a route for foreign entrepreneurs with innovative, business as can be scalable globally. Through the program, businesses can obtain a Letter of Support from Treefrog, a Government Designated Entity, which is required to apply for the Startup Visa. The permanent residency obtained under the program is often utilised by the founders to gain access to the US market, and create a global brand.
