1. Payment Terms
1.1. Payment Schedule: The Client agrees to pay D Globalist according to the following payment schedule:
- A non-refundable Nomination Fee of USD 200 (Plus taxes) convertible into the local currency is payable on Nomination.
- A non-refundable DGEMS & eXtrefy Fee of USD 5000 (Plus taxes) convertible into the local currency is payable on Selection.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Accepted Payment Methods such as online payment, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or check.
2. Selection Terms
At D Globalist, we are committed to recognizing businesses with exceptional global potential. The "Select 200 Companies with Global Business Potential" designation is a testament to the vision, innovation, and ambition of these extraordinary ventures.
It is important to note that the absence of a company from this select group does not in any way diminish their potential or accomplishments. The global business landscape is vast and dynamic, and there are countless enterprises across the world that demonstrate remarkable promise and ingenuity.
Our selection process is based on a range of criteria and considerations, and while we strive to be as comprehensive as possible, it is inevitable that some deserving companies may not be included. We encourage all businesses, regardless of their inclusion in this list, to continue pursuing their global aspirations and making a positive impact on the international stage. D Globalist remains dedicated to supporting and empowering all entrepreneurs and businesses in their pursuit of global success. We look forward to witnessing the continued growth and achievements of businesses around the world.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Waivers
3.1. Cancellation by Client: In the event of cancellation by the Client at any given time during the process, including post selection as part of the Select 200, both the Nomination Fee as well as the DGEMS & eXtrefy Fee, individually or collectively, shall be non- refundable.
3.2. Cancellation by D Globalist: D Globalist reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the Client will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
4. Scope of Services
4.1. The scope of services provided by D Globalist will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
4.2. Any additional services requested by the Client that are not included in the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
5.1. D Globalist will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client or any third parties as a result of events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or vendor failures. In any event D Globalist's liability shall not be more than the net fee received by it.
6. Applicability
6.1. These Terms of Use are applicable on services provide by D Globalist, including DGEMS and eXtrefy.
6.2. Additional or specific terms and conditions shall be applicable, as the case maybe, for any service provided by D Globalist or through its affiliates via eXtrefy as detailed out in the eXtrefy
User Agreement. 7. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
7.1. In the event that any grievance, concern, or complaint(“Grievance”) arises in connection with the terms, performance, or conduct under this Terms of Use Agreement, the Client shall communicate such Grievance to D Globalist via inquire@dglobalist.com.
7.2. D Globalist shall acknowledge receipt of such Grievance within 24 (twenty-four) hours and shall take all reasonable steps to resolvethe Grievance within 7 working days from the receipt of the Grievance.
8. Governing Law
7.1. This Terms of Use Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India in case of any disputes, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
